When working with clients that are seeking self development, I support them to be curious about themselves. I encourage them to use inner resources to embark on personal changes or to stick or follow to their designed goals. These goals might change throughout the process.

What is self development?

Self-development is a process of improving oneself in various aspects of life. It is a journey of personal growth by acquiring or improving personal skills while discovering your talents, competencies and knowledge to seek confidence in yourself. Self-development is taking steps to better yourself, such as by learning new skills or overcoming bad habits.

It is about personal intentions, it is about what you want to focus on and help you to recognise your life’s priority. You learn, with the help of your body, to stay in touch with yourself, so that you can experience more grip on things, for example on your work or family.

This process gives you an insightful understanding of your personality, your scale of values and beliefs and helps you to understand what you want to become the person you like to be.

While moving consciously you feel and recognise your limits and needs better and you can indicate them constructively.
